I’m the one who’s trying to do better with what we have, one small swap at a time, while juggling real life.

My low-tox journey didn’t start because I wanted a new personality — it actually started with my health. I was dealing with ongoing symptoms and realized how hard it is for your body to heal when it’s already carrying a heavy load—stress, lack of sleep, and yes, the everyday “stuff” we’re exposed to in products and our environment. I didn’t want to live in fear, but I did want to be more intentional about what I could control.

The deeper I went, the more I realized there’s a lot of confusing information out there: fear-based content, expensive “must-have” lists, and pressure to overhaul everything overnight. And I just kept thinking… there has to be a calmer way.

So that’s what I’m building here. A place where you can learn without spiraling, make changes without wasting money, and feel supported instead of judged. I share what I’m actually using, what I’ve loved, what I’ve tried and didn’t repurchase, and what I think is worth prioritizing in different seasons — because life looks different when you’re tired, postpartum, on a budget, or simply in survival mode.
